PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM

John D. Cruz / President
John has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. He is responsible for banking, project management, estimating, scheduling, submittal reviews, public relations, quality control, and project negotiations.

Tamera Cruz / Vice President
Tamera has been in the construction industry for 18 years. Her principle duties include banking, project accounting and job costing.

Mike A. Cruz / General Manager
Mike will serve as General Construction Manager for this project if selected. Mike has been in the construction industry for 21 years. His principle duties include over-seeing project managers, field superintendents and labor crews to insure project quality, scheduling, and costs.

Michael Drennan / Senior Project Manager
Michael will serve as Senior Project Manager for this project if selected. Michael has been in the construction industry for 25 years. His principle duties include project management, quality control, estimating, and production.

Orlando Martinez / Project Manager
Orlando graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Economics. He has 4 years of experience in project management, and will oversee submittal data tracking and review, materials expediting, and contract administration.

Superintendents
Cruz Construction has a staff of superintendents totaling 6, with an average of 30 years of experience in the construction business. Their diverse skill-sets include quality control, scheduling, and supervising subcontractors and crew members.

Delia Caire / Construction Secretary
Delia has served as Construction Secretary for 8 years. Her principle duties include contacting subcontractors for payroll reports, working with the subcontractors to make sure all insurance is current, typing transmittals, change orders, letters to subcontractors sent out of the office, and other miscellaneous jobs.
